Paner Jamun

Ingredients:
  1. Panner:1/2 Cup
  2. Cova:1 cup
  3. Baking Powder:1/4 tbsp
  4. All purpose floor:4 Tbsp
  5. Milk:1/2 cup
  6. Ghee:To fry
  7. Sugar:2 cups
  8. Water:2 cups
  9. Cardamom powder:1/2 Tbsp
Preparation Process:

  • Take a bowl add Cova,Panner,Baking powder,All purpose floor in the quantities said above.
  • Mix them as dough using milk
  • Put a pan on the stove on medium flame ,pour the ghee in the pan to fry the Jamuns.
  • Take the dough ,make them as small size doughs in round shape,fry them in the ghee,untill it forms golden brown color.
  • Now take another bowl in low flame add sugar and water in that bowl,make sugar syrup.
  • Add cardamom powder to that sugar syrup
  • Let the sugar syrup to cool for some time.
  • now add the above jamuns in sugar syrup.
  • That's all yummy panner jamun is ready to have. 

Besan Burfi

Ingredients:
  1. Besan/Gram Flour :1 cup
  2. Ghee:1 Cup
  3. Milk Powder:1 cup
  4. Sugar:1 1/2 Cup
  5. Water:2 cups
Preparation Process:
  • Take a pan ,keep it on Stove with low flame,add Ghee to it.
  • After ghee melts ,add besan to it,fry it until the it turns to light golden brown(until roasted smell comes),and put it aside.
  • Add milk Powder to it and mix it well.
  • Now put another bowl on the stove on medium flame ,to make sugar syrup ,add water,sugar to it,make it one thread consistency.
  • Now add basin mixture to it,mix well take care to don't form lumps.
  • Mix well on low flame until it become little dry.
  • Now take a plate add ghee to it.
  • Now pour the mixture into the plate add fried cashew,pista nuts on it.
  • Let it cool for 2-3 hours.after that cut it as you desire shape .


Putnala Laddu

Ingredients:
  1. Putnala Pappu:1 1/2 Cup
  2. Sugar:3/4 cup
  3. Ghee:1 cup
  4. Elachi/cardamom Powder:1 tbsp
  5. Cashew:10(fried in Ghee)
  6. Basin:2 tbsp

Preparation Process:
  • Take the  Putnala pappu and mix it smoothly and make it as powder
  • Take the sugar and mix it well,make it as powder
  • put a pan on the stove add ghee to it,add putnala powder and basin to it,and fry it on slow flame ,by mixing well.
  • Take this mixtue in a bowl add blended sugar to it.
  • Also add cardamom powder,Fried Cashew to it, mix it well.
  • Let it cool for sometime.
  • After 5-10 mins take ghee spread it in your hand,take that mixture and make it as laddu's.

Goru Chikkudu (Cluster Beans) Nuvvula masala Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Cluster Beans:
  2. Chopped onions:2
  3. Red Chilli Powder:As for Taste
  4. Ginger garlic paste:1/4 tbsp
  5. Coriander Powder:1/2 Tbsp
  6. Cumin Seeds:1/4 tbsp
  7. Mustard Seeds:1/4 tbsp
  8. Til seeds:1 cup
  9. Salt:As for Taste
  10. Turmeric:1/2 Tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves:
  12. Curry Leaves:


Preparation Process:
  • Take a bowl ,boil the cluster beans and separate them from water.
  • Take a pan fry the til seeds without oil,and paste them by adding little bit water.
  • Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil to it,add cumin,mustard seeds,let them splutter.
  • Add onions and fry them ,add salt,ginger garlic paste ,curry leaves to it, and mix well.
  • Now add Boiled Clustered beans,mix well,
  • Now add turmeric,red chilli powder to it,mix well.
  • Let them fry for some time.
  • After 3-4 mins add til paste to it and add coriander powder to it,and mix well.
  • Add sufficient water to it,and let them fry for 3-5 mins,when your about to stop the flame add coriander leaves to it.
  • Thats all goru chikkudu nuvvula masala is ready,it taste good for chapati.
 
                            

Badusha

Ingredients:
  1. All Purpose Floor:250gr
  2. Soda:1/4 tbsp
  3. Baking Soda:1/4 Tbsp
  4. Dalda/ghee/butter:4-5 tbsp
  5. Curd:1/2 cup
  6. Sugar:200gr
  7. Lemon:1/2 tbsp
  8. Oil:To Deep Fry

Preparation process:
  • Take all purpose floor in a bowl,add soda,baking soda to it,mix well.
  • Now add 2-3 tbsp dalda/ghee/butter to it.mix well.
  • add curd to it,and mix the dough well,place the lid on it
  • keep it aside for 30-40 mins.
  • Now make sugar syrup in a bowl(,add lemon juice to it before you switch off the flame,and keep it aside for cool.
  • now take a oil pan add sufficient oil to deep fry the badusha,let it on medium flame.
  • take the dough in hand ,make the dough round shape and make a hole in the middle.
  • Continue making round shapes till the prepared dough completes.
  • now add this round shaped dough's to oil,fry them on low flame,until they become light brown shade.
  • after taking the badusha from oil,keep them in sugar syrup for 1-2 mins,let the badusha observe the sugar.
  • Take them out of sugar syrup.
  • That's all delicious badusha is ready to eat.


Masala Vadalu

Ingredients:
  1. Urad Dal
  2. Chana Dal
  3. Ginger:Finley coarsely
  4. Green Chilli:3 Finley coarsely
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Salt:As per Taste
  7. Onion:1 big Size 
Preparation Process:
  • Take a bowl add urad dal,chana dal,soak it for 3 hours.
  • Then mix it coarsely.
  • Add chopped Onions,curry leaves,Ginger,Green chili to it.
  • Put a bowl on medium flame ,add oil to it for deep fry the vada's.
  • After the oil heated make the batter like vada and fry them in the oil until it become gold/brown shade.
  • Take them out of oil,place it on tissue to observe oil,serve it hot. 
  • That's all masala vadalu is ready to eat.
                                         




Pulla Garelu

Ingredients:
  1. Rice Flour:2 Tbsp
  2. Urad Dal:2 Cups
  3. Curd:
  4. Green Chillis:3
  5. Baking Soda:1/2 Tbsp
  6. Ginger :1/2 Piece Chopped

Preparation Process:

  • Take Urad dal in a bowl,Let it soak for 1 hour,Then mix this well.
  • Add Curd,Baking soda to it ,mix it well and keep it aside for 2-3 hours
  • After 2-3 Hours Add Green Chilli's,Ginger to it.
  • Keep a oil pan on stove,let it heat on medium flame,Then add required amount of oil to it to fry the garelu
  • Now take a cover add little oil to it then take the batter,and make it like garelu ,add this in oil,Let it deep fry untill brown color.Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  • That's all Pulla Garelu is ready to eat.

Mysore Bajji

Ingredients:
  1. All Purpose Flour:2 Cups
  2. Baking Soda:1/2 Tbsp
  3. Curd:As required to make nice Batter
  4. Oil:To Deep Fry
  5. Cumin Seeds:1/2 Tbsp
  6. Coriander Leaves:
  7. Green Chili:2 Chopped Nicely
  8. Ginger:1 Chopped
  9. Salt:As Per Taste
  10. Curry Leaves
Preparation Process:
  • Take a Bowl add all purpose flour in that.
  • Add Coriander ,Chopped ginger,Green chilli's,Cumin seeds,salt,Baking Soda,Curry leaves and Mix well.
  • Now add required amount of curd and make nice batter,and keep it aside for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours Put pan to deep fry the Bajji's
  • add oil to it,let it be heat,then add medium quantity of batter in that heated oil,let it until bajji became brown color.
  • Then take them out from oil and place on tissue to observe the oil
  • That's all Mysore bajji is ready to eat

Bread Dosa

Ingredients:


  1. Bread -10 Pieces
  2. Idly Rava:1/2 Cup
  3. Curd:2 Tbsp
  4. Riceflour-1 Tsp
  5. Ginger,Garlic -Chopped
  6. Salt-as per Taste
  7. Chilli Paste:1/4 Tbsp
  8. Curry Leaves:

Preparation Process:


  • Cut the edges of Bread pieces and sprinkle water on them,keep it aside.
  • Now take a mixi bowl add all the above ingredients except bread,and mix them well
  • Now add above bread pieces and mix all the content and make a nice batter
  • Now make dosa's with this batter like normal dosa's
  • That's all ready made Bread dosa is ready.
