Egg Fry

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs: 3-4
  2. Onions: 3
  3. Red Chilli Powder : 1 1/2 Tbsp
  4. Turmeric :1/4 Tbsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1/2 Tbsp
  6. Coriander Powder : 1 Tbsp
  7. Mustard Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  8. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  9. Coriander Leaves : 2 Sprig
  10. Salt : As Per Taste
  11. Oil : Sufficient
Preparation Process:
  • Boil The eggs and take out the outer layer.
  • Now put a pan on stove with low flame add oil to it.Add cumin,mustard seeds,Let them splutter.
  • For this add chopped onions,add some salt,ginger garlic paste.Stir well and fry it.
  • After onions are cooked add turmeric,chilli powder.Mix well,let it for 3-5  mins on slow flame.
  • Then add coriander powder to it.
  • Now add eggs to it(if you want to can cut it half) .slightly sprinkle the remaining salt on eggs and cover eggs with fried onions.
  • Let it for 2-3 mins ,then add coriander leaves.
  • That's all Egg Fry is Ready.

Egg Kofta Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs : 5-6
  2. Bread Slices : 2-3
  3. Onion : 3
  4. Tomato puree : 2 Cups
  5. Curd: 1/2 Cup
  6. Corn Flour : 2-4 Tbsp
  7. Green Chilli Paste : 1 Tbsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp
  9. Garam masala : 1/2 Tbsp
  10. Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
  11. Turmeric : 1/2 Tbsp
  12. Curry Leaves : 1 Sprig
  13. Coriander Leaves: 2 Sprigs
  14. Salt : As Per taste
  15. Oil : Sufficient
Preparation Process:
  • Boil The eggs and keep them aside.
  • Take half of the onions,green chilli's in blender.Blend it finely.
  • Now in a bowl add this paste,salt,corn flour,1 egg (unboiled),bread slices which are dipped in water .Stir well the content.
  • Put a pan on stove with low flame,Add oil to it.
  • Now take the boiled eggs ,dip that eggs in above prepared content and fry them in oil.
  • Now in another pan add oil,add chopped onions.Stir well and fry it.
  • After onions fried add Tomato puree to it.
  • Add turmeric,red Chilli powder ,Pepper Powder,Curry leaves,Curd ,Salt,Garam Masla Powder.Stir well.Keep lid on it,cook it for 2-4 mins.
  • Then Add Boiled eggs to it,Cook it for 6-8 Mins.Switch off the flame.
  • Finally add chopped coriander Leaves.
 

Shahi Egg Kurma

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs : 4
  2. Onion: 2
  3. Green Chilli : 3-4
  4. Garlic cloves:4-5
  5. Ginger :small Piece
  6. Curd :3-4 Tbsp
  7. Kasuri Methi : 2 Tbsp
  8. Chat Masala : 1 Tbsp
  9. Garam Masala : 1Tbsp
  10. Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp
  11. Turmeric : 1/2 Tbsp
  12. Coriander Leaves : 2 Sprig
  13. Salt : As Per taste
  14. Oil: Sufficient.
Preparation Process:
  • Boil the eggs and remove the outer layer of it and keep them aside.
  • Now grind onions,green chilli's,ginger,galic as paste and keep them in a bowl.
  • Now put a pan on stove with medium flame ,add oil to it.After oil heated add onion paste.Stir well.
  • After onion paste is cooked well add beaten curd .stir well.
  • Add Kasuri methi,Red Chilli Powder,salt,Turmeric to the mixture  ,Stir well.
  • Now after 2-3 mins add Garam masala and some water,keep it for 2-3 mins .
  • Then add boiled eggs ,make chops on egg.Cook it for another 3-5 mins .
  • Finally add chat masala ,coriander leaves ,Switch off the flame.
  • That's all Shahi Egg Kurma is ready


Gongura Pickle

Ingredients:
  1. Gongura /Sorrel Leaves :2 Cups
  2. Garlic cloves :5-7
  3. Green Chilli's :6-8
  4. Curry leaves: 1 Sprig
  5. Oil : Sufficient
  6. Salt : As Per Taste
  7. Turmeric : 1/2 Tbsp
  8. Mustard Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  9. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
 Preparation Process :
  •  Take Gongura from the Stalks,Clean it and drain them for 20-30 mins.
  • Now put a bowl on the stove with slow flame ,add oil to it ,after oil heated add green chilli's,fry them and keep them aside.
  • Now in the same bowl add gongura ,fry it by adding salt(Don't keep lid on the bowl).
  • After Leaves are fried add turmeric,mash them with the spoon.Switch off the flame.
  • Grind the Green Chilli's by adding salt,Mix that to the leaves mixture.
  • Now make tampering,By placing a pan on stove with medium flame add oil to it,Add cumin,mustard seeds,coarsely grinded garlic cloves,curry ;leaves,fry them and add pinch of turmeric to it.
  • Now add this tampering to the Gongura mixture.
  • That's all Gongura Pachadi / Gongura Chutney is ready.





 

Ground Nut Chutney / Peanuts Chutney

Ingredients:
  1. Peanuts/Groundnut : 1/2 cup
  2. Green chillies : 4-5
  3. Garlic cloves : 4 nos
  4. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt : As Per taste
  6. For Tampering:
  7. Oil – 2 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
  9. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chillies : 1 no
  11. Curry leaves : few
Preparation Process:
  • Roast the peanuts first on slow flame.Keep them aside(If you want you can take the peel of peanuts) allow it for cool.
  • Now take Peanuts,green chillies,cumin seeds,salt,garlic cloves in a blender ,Make it as paste by adding sufficient water.Take that in a bowl.
  • Now prepare tampering,By keeping a pan on low flame,add oil to it,After oil heated add cumin,mustard seeds ,curry leaves .Let them splutter.Then Pour this tamper on the peanut chutney.
  • That's all Peanut Chutney/ Ground Nut Chutney is ready.



Note: If you want you can add coconut pieces,Putana to it.

Onion Tomato Chutney / Tomato Onion Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Tomato – 2
  2. Onion – 3  
  3. Red chillies – 5-6
  4. Garlic – 3 pieces
  5. Mustard :1/2 tbsp
  6. Urad dal – 1 Tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves – 3 Strigs
  8. Curry leaves – a string
  9. Oil – As Per taste
  10. Salt – Sufficient

Preparation Process:
  • Heat Oil in a pan on slow flame. Add Red chillies fry them and keep them aside.
  • Now in The same pan add  Chopped Onion and Garlic, fry till it turns into golden brown.
  • Now add Chopped Tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft,Then switch off flame.Allow all of them to cool .
  • Now grind all of them by adding Coriander leaves, Salt .
  • Now prepare Tampering for this,Heat 2  tbsp of Oil in a pan . Add Mustard and Urad dhal. After they splutters add Curry leaves and the grinded mixture, fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Switch of the flame.
  • That's all Onion tomato chutney is ready.

Tomato Green Chilli Chutney

Ingredients: 

  1. Tomato  : 4-5
  2. Ground Nuts : 2 Tbsp
  3. Green Chilli : 7-9
  4. tamarind : 3 Pods
  5. Garlic : 4 Pods
  6. Oil : Sufficient
  7. Salt: As Per taste
  8. Turmeric : 1/2 Tbsp
  9. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  10. Mustard Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  11. Red Chilli :3-4
  12. Curry Leaves : 2 Sprig

Preparation Process :


  • Put a bowl on medium flame,After Bowl Heated roast the ground nuts.Keep them aside
  • Now add oil in the bowl, add green chillies,few Curry leaves (After green chilli's added,please put lid on the bowl).Fry green chilli's ,Keep them aside.
  • In the same oil bowl,add chopped Tomato ,stir well.
  • After 1-2 Mins Add Salt to it,Stir well,Keep lid on it.
  • After Tomato's are Boiled add turmeric to it.Then Switch off the flame.Allow it to cool.
  • Now take fried Ground Nuts,Green Chilli's,curry leaves ,Tomatoes ,garlic,Tamarind in a blender .Blend it finely.and take the chutney in a bowl.
  • Now put a pan on slow flame add oil to it.after oil heated add mustard,cumin seeds.Let them splutter.
  • After That add red chilli's,curry leaves,fry them.After they are fried add pinch of turmeric and switch of the flame.
  • Now pour this Tampering on Chutney,Stir well
  • That's all Tomato Green Chilli Chutney / Tomato Ground Nut Chutney is ready.




Ginger Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger : 100 gms 
  2. Tamarind :3-4 Pods
  3. Jaggery : 1 Tbsp
  4. Red Chilli's : 10 -12
  5. Salt : As per taste
  6. Oil: Sufficient
  7. Mustard Seeds : 1/2 Tbsp
  8. Cumin Seeds : 1/2 Tbsp
  9. Curry Leaves :1 Sprig
  10. Urad Dal : 1 Tbsp

Preparation Process :

  • Clean the ginger ,Chop it as medium size slices.
  • Now put a oil pan on stove with medium flame,add oil in it.Fry red Chilli's ,keep that in a plate
  • Now in the same pan add urad dal fry it.Keep that in the same plate.
  • Now add Chopped garlic ,fry them for 4-6 mins by stiring it.
  • Now allow all of them to cool.
  • Then take all of them in a blender ,add cleaned tamarind,jaggery,salt .Blend it well by adding little water.
  • Now in the above same pan prepare tampering by adding cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves.
  • Pour the chutney miture in the oil pan,Stir well on low flame.Let it for 2 mins.Then Switch off the flame.
  • That's all Ginger Chutney is ready.




Coconut Red Chilli Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Raw Coconut : 1 Cup( grated)
  2. Red Chilli : 4-6
  3. Chana dal : 3 Tbsp
  4. Tamarind : 3 pods
  5. Chopped Ginger,Garlic :2 Tbsp
  6. Salt : As Per tatse
  7. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  8. Mustard Seeds : 1/4 Tbsp
  9. Curry Leaves : 1 Sprig
  10. Oil : Sufficient

Preparation Process :

  • Take a pan ,Put it on slow flame ,add oil to it,Fry the red Chilli's ,Keep it aside.
  • In the same oil prepare tampering by adding cumin,mustrd seeds .Let them splutter.
  • After that add 1 Tbsp chana dal,Curry leaves fry them.Switch off the flame.
  • Now take Fried Red Chilli,Coconut,Ginger garlic,roasted Chana dal,tamarind,Salt in a grinder,Blend it well by adding sufficient water.
  • Now take that chutney in a bowl,add tampering for it.
  • That's all coconut red Chilli chutney is ready ,This will taste good for Dosa/Idly /Uttapa.



Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
  1. Raw Coconut : 1 Cup (Grated)
  2. Green Chilli : 3-6
  3. Salt : As Per Taste
  4. Chana Dal : 3 Tbsp
  5. Curry Leaves : 6-9
  6. Mustard Seeds :1/4 tbsp
  7. Cumin Seeds :1/4 Tbsp
  8. Red Chilli :3-4
  9. Oil : Sufficient
Preparation Process :
  • Forst Roast the 2 Tbsp of Chana Dal.
  • Now take coconut,Green Chilli,few Curry leaves,roasted chana Dal,salt in a blender,Blend it well by adding sufficient water.
  • Now take that in a bowl.
  • Put a oil pan on the stove with low flame,add cumin,mustard seeds.let them splutter.
  • Then add remaining chana dal,red chilli's ,curry leaves one by one and fry it.
  • Now add this tampering to the coconut mixture.
  • That's all Coconut chutney is ready.This well taste good for dosa and idly.




Note : If you want you can also slightly roast the coconut pieces,Then grid them.

Instant Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:
  1. Tomato : 1 Cup
  2. Salt : As Per taste(2 Tbsp)
  3. Red Chilli Powder : 1 1/2 -2 Tbsp
  4. Fenu Greek Powder :1/4 Tbsp
  5. Oil : Sufficient.
  6. Turmeric :1/2 tbsp

For Tampering:
  1. Oil :1 Tbsp
  2. Mustard Seeds :1/4 tbsp
  3. Cumin Seeds :1/4 Tbsp
  4. Curry leaves :6-10
  5. Garlic Cloves :3-5
Preparation Process:
  • Take a bowl put it on stove on slow flame,Add oil to it.
  • After oil heated add chopped tomatoes ,salt.Stir well.
  • Fry the tomatoes until oil slightly appears on the top of bowl or until tomatoes mashes finly.
  • Now take that tomatoes bowl aside ,Mash the tomatoes with a spoon,then add fenu greek powder to it.
  • Now Put a pan on stove for tampering,Add oil to it.
  • After oil heated add cumin,mustard seeds,Let them splutter.
  • Now add garlic,curry leaves to oil,fry them.Then switch of the flame By adding few turmeric.Stir well.
  • Allow oil to cool,After oil is cooled ,add red chilli powder in the oil,Stir well.
  • Now pour the tomatoes mixture in this oil pan,Stir well.
  • That's all Instant Tomato Chutney is ready.






Dry Tomoto Pickle

Ingredients:
  1. Tomato : 2 Kgs
  2. Salt : 1/4 Kg
  3. Red Chilli Powder :1/4 Kg
  4. Tamarind : 1/4 Kg
  5. Turmeric : 4 Tbsp
For tampering :
  1. Ground Nut Oil : Sufficient
  2. Urad Dal:3 tbsp
  3. Mustard Seeds : 2 Tbsp
  4. Garlic Cloves:10-15
  5. Cumin Seeds : 2 tbsp
  6. Turmeric :1 Tbsp
  7. Curry leaves : 10-15

Preparation Process:

  1. Chop the tomatoes and take that in a glass jar,add some salt,turmeric,Stir well.Keep lid on the glass jar,Let it for 1 full day.
  2. In the Next day morning squeeze out the water from tomatoes. Let them(Tomato's) dry for 2 days.
  3. Take water in a bowl ,allow water to dry for 1 day.On the next day and tamarind in the tomato juice ,Dry it for a day.
  4. Overall  tomato juice,tomatoes has to be dry for 2 days.
  5. On the next day grind tomatoes by adding salt,red chilli powder and tamarind mixture.
  6. Take that in a glass jar,this will stay for a year.
  7. Now prepare tampering By placing a pan on stove with medium flame,add oil to it,add cumin,mustard,urad dal,let them splutter,finally add garlic cloves ,curry leaves fry it,add turmeric for that.Switch off the flame.
  8. Don't prepare tampering for  hole the quantity,Take limited quantity from the jar,add tampering for it.



Egg Masala Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs :4-5
  2. Onions : 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Tomoto : 1/2 Cup
  4. Turmeric :1/2 Tbsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder : 4-5 Tbsp
  6. Cumin Seeds : 1/2 Tbsp
  7. Mustard Seeds : 1/2 Tbsp
  8. Curry Leaves : 6-8
  9. Coriander Leaves : 3 Tbsp
  10. Coriander Powder : 3 Tbsp
  11. Masla Powder : 2 Tbsp
  12. Raw Coconut Powder : 4-5 Tbsp
  13. Salt : As Per Taste
  14. Oil : Sufficient.

Preparation Process:

  • Put a pan add little oil to eat,add 1/2 cup onions,some salt,coconut powder ,curry leaves .stir well and fry them.
  • Take that mixture aside,allow it to cool,Then grind it by adding coriander Powder,Masala Powder(If you want you add fresh masala seeds ),little bit water to it.
  • Now in the same oil pan ,add remaining oil,Add cumin ,mustard seeds.Let them splutter.
  • Add Chopped 1 cup onions,ginger garlic paste.stir well,Fry it.
  • After onions fried add tomoto,salt,turmeric powder.Stir well.
  • After tomoto little bit cooked add red chilli powder.Stir well.Keep Lid on the pan.
  • Wait till the mixture become well cooked.
  • Now for this mixture add grinded masala paste,stir well.
  • Add little bit water,stir well.Let it cook for 2-4 mins.
  • Now add boiled eggs to it(chop the eggs all the side ,so that this masala will goes into the egg),Mix well .Keep it for 3-5 mins,Switch off the flame,add chopped coriander leaves on the top.
  • That's all egg Masala Curry is ready.



Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs : 4-5
  2. Onions : 2 (Chopped)
  3. Green Chilli :2-4(Chopped)
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste:1/2 Tbsp
  5. Red Chilli powder : 2 Tbsp
  6. Pepper Powder : 1 Tbsp
  7. Tomoto : 1 (Chopped)
  8. Garam masala : 1/2 Tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder: 1 Tbsp
  10. Curry Leaves : 10
  11. Coriander Leaves : 3 Tbsp
  12. Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tbsp
  13. Mustard Seeds: 1/2 Tbsp
  14. Salt : As Per Taste
  15. Oil : Sufficient

Preparation Process :

  • Take a pan on slow flame add oil in the pan.
  • After oil heated add cumin ,mustard seeds ,let them splutter.
  • Then add chopped onions,green chillis,curry leaves,1 Tbsp salt,Ginger Garlic paste.Strir well and fry them.
  • After Onions fried add chopped tomoto ,fry it.
  • Now add turmeric,red chilli powder,1/2 Tbsp pepper powder stir well.
  • Take the eggs,break them in a bowl,add some salt,pepper powder to it,beat them well.
  • Now add beaten eggs in the above mixture ,gently stir well.
  • cook it for 4-6 mins,by stirring well.add coriander powder,masala powder.Stir well.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
  • That's all Egg Bhurji is ready.




Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:
  1. Mangoes :1 ripe
  2. Milk: 2 Cups
  3. Sugar: As Per taste

Preparation Process:
  • Peel the Mango and chop the it into small pieces,remove the seed of the mango.
  • Now take that chopped pieces in a blender add sugar,milk to that,Blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Take them in glass,Serve it chill.
  • That's all mango milkshake is ready.
 

Pineapple Milkshake

Ingredients:
  1. Pineapple : 1 Cup
  2. Milk : 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Sugar: Sufficient
  4. Lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
Preparation Process:

  • Peel The Pineapple ,chop them as small pieces.
  • Take them in a blender add milk,sugar,Blend it until it forms smooth,foamy milk shake.
  • Take them in serving glasses add lemon juice,stir well.
  • That's all Pineapple Milkshake is ready.


Chikoo Milkshake / Sapota milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Chikoo / Sapota : 6-8
  2. Milk : 2-3 Cups
  3. Sugar: Sufficient.


Preparation process:

  • Peel the Chikoo,remove the seeds from it.
  • Take that chikoo in a blender add coconut/ Almond/ regular milk,sufficient sugar to it.
  • Blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Take that in Glass .Serve it.





Peanut Butter Milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Peanut Butter : 1/2 cup 
  2. Milk : 1 cup
  3. Ice Cream : 2 cups 
  4. Sugar : 2 Tbsp
Preparation Process:
  • Take all the ingredients in a blender ,blend it until it becomes smooth and rich milk shake.
  • Take them in serving glasses
  • If you want you can add 1/4 Tbsp of cardamom/cinnamon powder and sprinkle the powder on it.
  • If you want you can also add scoop of ice cream on the top of serving glass
  • That's all peanut butter milkshake is ready .Serve it chill.

Banana Milkshake With Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  1. Banana : 2
  2. Milk /Coconut Milk : 1 Cup
  3. Sugar/Jaggery : Sufficient(3 Tbsp)
  4. Ice Cream : 2 Scoops
  5. Cardamom Powder : 1/4 Tbsp
Preparation Process:
  • Peel The Banana and chop it.
  • Take the banana in a blender,for this add sugar,milk/coconut milk,1 Scoop ice cream blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Take that in a glass ,sprinkle the cardamom powder on the top of banana milk shake.
  • Then add 2 scoops of ice cream on top of glass
  • That's all banana milk shake is ready.Serve it chill




Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:
  1. Banana : 2
  2. Milk /Coconut Milk : 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Sugar/Jaggery : Sufficient(3 Tbsp)
  4. Cardamom Powder : 1/4 Tbsp
Preparation Process:
  • Peel The Banana and chop it.
  • Take the banana in a blender,for this add sugar,milk/coconut milk,blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Take that in a glass ,sprinkle the cardamom powder on the top of banana milk shake.
  • That's all banana milk shake is ready.


Note: If You want you can add 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract to it.

Chakkara Pongali /Sweet Pongal

Ingredients
  1. Rice : 1 Cup
  2. Milk :  2 Cups
  3. Green Gram Dal : 1/2 Cup
  4. Sugar:2 Cups(As per taste)
  5. Raw Coconut pieces: 1/2 Cup
  6. Cashew Nuts: 10-12
  7. Water: 2 1/2 Cups
  8. Raisins : 7-9
  9. cardamom powder:1 Tbsp
  10. Ghee : Sufficient
  11. Salt: Pinch


Preparation Process:

  • Roast green Gram in a pan.
  • Soak rice,Dal for 30 Minutes.Then Cook them by adding water,milk,pinch of salt.
  • After rice is cooked more 3/4 th add sugar to it.stir well until sugar dissolves in rice.
  • Meanwhile take a pan add oil to it,fry cashew ,raisins,coconut pieces one after another .
  • Finally add cardamom powder in ghee.
  • Now add those fried cashew,raisins,coconut,ghee to rice.Stir well.
  • That's all Chakkara Pongali is ready.

Katte Pongali

Ingredients:

  1. Rice:1 Cup
  2. Green Gram Dal: 1/4 Cup
  3. Water:3 Cups
  4. Pepper Seeds:6
  5. Cumin Seeds:1/2 Tbsp
  6. Mustard Seeds:1/2 Tbsp
  7. Cahew Nuts:2 Ybsp
  8. Curry Leaves: 10-15
  9. Red Chilli:3-4
  10. Ghee:2 Tbsp
  11. Salt: As Per taste.

Preparation Process:

  • Soak Rice,dal for 30 mins.Take them in a bowl,Cook them same as normal rice.
  • Now make tamper,take a pan add ghee to it,after ghee heated add cumin,mustard seeds let them splutter.
  • Then add Red Chilli,Pepper seeds,Cashew Nuts,curry leaves,sufficient salt.Stir well and fry them.(If you want you can coarsly grind the pepper seeds)
  • Add This tamper to rice mixture ,stir well.
  • That's all Pongali is ready.





Badam Milk

Ingredients:

  1. Badam/Almonds : 1/4 Cup
  2. Poppy Seeds : 2 tbsp
  3. Cardamom :1/2 Tbsp
  4. Fennel Seeds : 1 1/2 Tbsp
  5. Pista badam : 1 Tbsp
  6. Pepper:5
  7. Rose Water : 1 Tbsp
  8. Milk : 4 Cups
  9. Sugar : 1/2 Cup
  10. Saffron : Pinch


Preparation Process:
  • Take Badam,Poppy Seeds,Cardamom,fennel seeds,Pepper in a grinder,Blend it and make it as powder.
  • Now boil the milk,add sugar to it,Stir well.
  • Now Allow milk to cool down,then add the above gridded mixture,saffron.Stir well.
  • Put it on refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • When your serving just add rose water,pista badam as garnish



Thotakura Pappu

Ingredients:
  1. Thotakura :1 Cup
  2. Dal/ pappu: 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Green Chilli:8-10(Chopped)
  4. Tomotos:2 
  5. Onions:1
  6. Garlic:5-7
  7. Turmeric:1/2 Tbsp
  8. Water:Sufficient
  9. Salt:As Per taste
  10. Cumin:1/2 Tbsp
  11. Mustard:1/2 Tbsp
  12. Red Chilli: 5
  13. Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
  14. Curry Leaves:10
  15. Oil:Sufficient
Preparation Process:
  • Soak both dal's for 15 mins,and cook it in pressure cooker by adding 1 cup of water,keep it aside.
  • Now take a bowl on medium flame,add oil in it.
  • After oil heated,add cumin,mustard seeds,let them splutter,then add chopped onions,green chilli's,curry leaves,garlic fry them.
  • After they fried add chopped Bachali Kura ,Tomatoes to that,fry it
  • Now add  turmeric,(if your not using green chilli add red chilli powder in this step),coriander powder ,stir well.
  • Now for this add boiled dal ,cook it for 10 mins.
  • Now prepare tampering ,for this put a pan on slow flame add oil to it,after oil heated add cumin,mustard seeds ,let them splutter,after that add red chilli,garlic clove,Fry them then add pinch of turmeric.
  • Pour this tampering on dal mixture ,stir well.
  • That's all ThotaKura pappu is ready






Bachali Kura Pappu

Ingredients:
  1. Bachali Kura :1 Cup
  2. Dal/ pappu: 1 Cup
  3. Chana Dal:1/4 Cp
  4. Green Chilli:8-10(Chopped)
  5. Garlic:5-7
  6. Turmeric:1/2 Tbsp
  7. Water:Sufficient
  8. Salt:As Per taste
  9. Cumin:1/2 Tbsp
  10. Mustard:1/2 Tbsp
  11. Red Chilli: 5
  12. Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
  13. Curry Leaves:10
  14. Oil:Sufficient
