Ingredients :

- Ragi Flour : 1 Cup
- Milk : 1/2 -1 Cup
- Water : 1- 1 1/2 Cup
- Sugar / Jaggery : 1/2 Cup
- Fried Cashew,badam : 2 tbsp
Preparation Process :
- Pour water in a bowl ,put that over slow flame.Allow water to bowl.
- Meanwhile prepare ragi paste by adding some water to ragi flour.
- Add milk,Sugar/jaggery to boiled water.Stir well.
- After sugar/ Jaggery dissolves in water,add Ragi flour paste.Stir thoroughly.
- Cook it until flour becomes well cooked.
- Finally add fried cashew/badam .Switch off the flame.
- That's all Ragi malt Sweet is ready.
