Ragi Malt Sweet

Ingredients :

  1. Ragi Flour : 1 Cup
  2. Milk : 1/2 -1 Cup
  3. Water : 1- 1 1/2 Cup
  4. Sugar / Jaggery : 1/2 Cup
  5. Fried Cashew,badam  : 2 tbsp

Preparation Process :

  • Pour water in a bowl ,put that over slow flame.Allow water to bowl.
  • Meanwhile prepare ragi paste by adding some water to ragi flour.
  • Add milk,Sugar/jaggery to boiled water.Stir well.
  • After sugar/ Jaggery dissolves in water,add Ragi flour paste.Stir thoroughly.
  • Cook it until flour becomes well cooked.
  • Finally add fried cashew/badam .Switch off the flame.
  • That's all Ragi malt Sweet is ready.
