Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour: 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
- Salt : As Per taste
- Ghee : 1 Tbsp
- Water : Sufficient.
- Take a bowl mix ragi,wheat flour,ghee and salt.
- For this add sufficient water and prepare dough same consistency as chapathi dough consistency.
- Now take small size dough from that,make it as round ball in tha hands,then turn it in flour,then make poori with that using chapati stick or ou can use chapathi maker to it.
- meanwhile heat oil,after oil heated,drop poori's in that oil.Lightly press them ,so that they puffs up.
- Turn it to other side and fry it.then place it on tissue,to observe excessive oil.
- Repeat the same process for remaining dough.
- That's all Ragi Poori is ready.
