Preparation process :
- Peel of Ridge gourd : Taken from 3-4 Ridge Guards
- Chana Dal : 1 Tbsp
- Urad dal : 1 Tbsp
- Til :1 Tbsp
- Cumin :1/2 Tbsp
- Mustard :1/2 Tbsp
- Curry leaves : 1 Sprig
- Garlic : 4-5
- Green Chillis : 5-7
- Tamarind : 3-4 Sprig
- Salt : As per Taste
- Oil : Sufficient
Preparation process :
- Clean the ridge guard ,and peel it,Now take the rind in a bowl,keep it aside.
- Now put a pan on stove,add oil to it,add cumin ,chana dal,urad dal,til one after another and fry them,after they cooked keep them aside.
- In the same pan add little more oil,and fry the green chillies.Keep them aside.
- Now in same pan add the peel of ridge guard,fry it finely.Then switch off the flame.
- Now take a grinder jar add all these ingredients ,tamarind,salt,garlic.Mix it well if needed add some water and take that in a bowl.
- Now prepare tampering ,by using mustard,cumin,curry leaves.Pour tampering on the chutney and stir well.
- That's all very tasty Ridge Guard Peel Chutney is ready.
