Ingredients :
Preparation Process :
- Ridge Gourd : 2
- Eggs : 2
- Green Chills : 7-10
- Turmeric :1/4 Tbsp
- Cumin,Mustard Seed :1/2 Tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder : 1/4 Tbsp
- Coconut Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
- Oil : Sufficient
- Salt : As Per Taste
Preparation Process :
- Peel the Ridge Gourd and clean it,then chop it into small pieces.
- Put a pan on the stove over medium flame add oil,after oil heated add cumin,mustard seeds.Let them Splutter
- Now add chopped Green Chillis,Fry them.
- After the chillies are fried add chopped ridge gourd pieces,salt Stir well.Let it cook until the ridge gourd becomes 3/4th cooked
- Now add eggs to it.Keep a lid.Aft 2-3 mins Stir the content well.
- Cook for till the eggs fried well Finally add Garam Masala,Coconut Powder,Coriander Leaves.Mix Well.
- That's all Ridge Gourd Egg Fry is ready.It will taste good for Roti/ Chapathi.
