Ingredients :
Peel of Ridge gourd : Taken from 3-4 Ridge Guards
Chana Dal : 1 Tbsp
Urad dal : 1 Tbsp
Til : 1 Tbsp
Cumin : 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard : 1/2 Tbsp
Curry leaves : 1 Sprig
Garlic : 4-5
Green Chillis : 5-7
Tamarind : 3-4 Sprig
Salt : As per Taste
Oil : Sufficient
Preparation process :
Clean the ridge guard ,and peel it,Now take the rind in a bowl,keep it aside.
Now put a pan on stove,add oil to it,add cumin ,chana dal,urad dal,til one after another and fry them,after they cooked keep them aside.
In the same pan add little more oil,and fry the green chillies.Keep them aside.
Now in same pan add the peel of ridge guard,fry it finely.Then switch off the flame.
Now take a grinder jar add all these ingredients ,tamarind,salt,garlic.Mix it well if needed add some water and take that in a bowl.
Now prepare tampering ,by using mustard,cumin,curry leaves.Pour tampering on the chutney and stir well.
That's all very tasty Ridge Guard Peel Chutney is ready.
Ingredients:
Cabbage : 1 Bowl
Moong Dal : 1/2 Bowl
Green Chillies : 7-10
Tomato : 1-2
Turmeric: 1/2 Tbsp
Salt : As Per taste
Coriander Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves : 2 Sprigs
Curry leaves : 2 Sprigs
Oil : 1/2 Tbsp
Water : Sufficient
Preparation process :
Chop Cabbage and clean it ,Take that in a cooking bowl .
Now take moong dal,clean it .Now add this dal to cabbage mixture.
Add water sufficient to cover the mixture,put this on stove with medium flame,let it cook for sometime.
After a few minutes add salt,turmeric,keep the lid on it and Let it cook.
After 1 or 2 mins add chopped green chill,tomato ,curry leaves,coriander leaves to it.stir well.
Cook it till the dal and cabbage becomes boils.
Then add coriander powder and switch off the flame.
If you really want to add tampering ,make tampering and pour it on the mixture ,otherwise no need it tastes good.
Thats all simple cabbage dal is ready to eat.It tastes good with roti and rice .
Ingredients :
Spinach : 1 Bowl
Besan /Gram Flour : 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour : 1/4 Cup
Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp
Salt : sufficient
Oil : Sufficient to fry
Water : Sufficient
Preparation Process :
Chop the spinach leaves ,clean them.
Take a bowl add began,rice flour,red chill powder ,salt .Mix well .(If you want you can avoid chill powder).
Now add sufficient water to it,stir well (take care to avoid lumps)
Now pour prepared flour content on spinach leafs.Stir well.
Put a oil pan on medium flame,after oil gets heat add small small pieces of spinach into the oil.Fry them.
Repeat the procedure until you finish the content.
That's all Spinach Pakoda/Palak Pakoda is ready.
Ingredients:
Chicken :1 bowl(boneless,skinless)
Red Chilli powder: 2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1/2 -1 Tbsp
Lemon : 1
Salt : Sufficient
All Purpose Flour : 1 Bowl
Egg : 1-2
Corn Flour : 1 Bowl
Oil : Sufficient to fry
Preparation process:
Cut the chicken into small pieces (Little bigger than Peanut)
Clean it well ,add Red Chilli powder,Ginger Garlic Paste,Salt,Lemon.Mix well,keep it aside.
Now take a plate ,pour half of all purpose flour in that .
Take another plate add corn flour,remaining all purpose flour,little bit salt and mix the quantities well.
Take a empty bowl,pour the eggs in that and bit them well.
Now everything is ready except oil for fry,put an oil pan,heat the oil sufficient to fry the chicken .
Now take some pieces of chicken layer them with all purpose flour first,then dip them in egg mixture then take out from egg mixture and layer them again with corn + all purpose flour content.Now we finished with all procedure.
Now slowly drop this layered chicken pieces in oil(with slow flame).Fry them until golden color forms ,then take out from oil.
Repeat the same procedure for remaining pieces .
Thats all Popcorn Chicken is ready.

Alasandalu / Black Eyed Peas : 1 Cup
Tomato : 2-3
Green Chillis : 2-3
Onion : 1
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste :1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tbsp
Masals Powder :1/2 Tbsp
Cumin Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves : 2 Sprigs
Coriander Leaves : 2 Sprigs
Preparation Process:
Clean the alasandalu and soak it for 3-4 hours.
After the 3 hours clean them one more time with water and take them in a pressure cooker with sufficient water.Cook it till 2-3 whistles.
Now take 1 more pan over slow flame,add oil ,add cumin,mustard seeds.Let them Splutter.
Now add Chopped Green Chilli's,onions,curry leaves.Fry them till onions become golden brown.
Chop tomatoes and Blend them in grinder and make it as smooth puree.
Add turmeric,Ginger garlic,Red Chilli powder one after another and mix well.
Aft a while add Tomoto puree,salt to it.Stir well.keep the lid on it.
Once the oil flotting slightly on the top add alasandalu with water.Stir well.Cook it for 5 mins.
Now add Masala Powder,Cumin Powder,Coriander Powder.Stir well.
Cook till oil Slightly floats on the top ,then add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
That's all Alasandalu Masala Curry / Black Eyed Peas Curry is ready.It taste goor for roti.

Coconut Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
Oil : Sufficient
Salt : As Per Taste
Preparation Process :
Peel the Ridge Gourd and clean it,then chop it into small pieces.
Put a pan on the stove over medium flame add oil,after oil heated add cumin,mustard seeds.Let them Splutter
Now add chopped Green Chillis,Fry them.
After the chillies are fried add chopped ridge gourd pieces,salt Stir well.Let it cook until the ridge gourd becomes 3/4th cooked
Now add eggs to it.Keep a lid.Aft 2-3 mins Stir the content well.
Cook for till the eggs fried well Finally add Garam Masala,Coconut Powder,Coriander Leaves.Mix Well.
That's all Ridge Gourd Egg Fry is ready.It will taste good for Roti/ Chapathi.

Ragi Flour: 1 Cup
Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
Salt : As Per taste
Ghee : 1 Tbsp
Water : Sufficient.
Preparation Process :
Take a bowl mix ragi,wheat flour,ghee and salt.
For this add sufficient water and prepare dough same consistency as chapathi dough consistency.
Now take small size dough from that,make it as round ball in tha hands,then turn it in flour,then make poori with that using chapati stick or ou can use chapathi maker to it.
meanwhile heat oil,after oil heated,drop poori's in that oil.Lightly press them ,so that they puffs up.
Turn it to other side and fry it.then place it on tissue,to observe excessive oil.
Repeat the same process for remaining dough.
That's all Ragi Poori is ready.
